Deepak Nanda

Founder & Managing Partner

Deepak Nanda is the founder of Georgia Venture Fund, with a background spanning fintech, data platforms, and enterprise-scale systems. He has worked across banking infrastructure, data engineering, and revenue operations, supporting complex financial environments and large-scale system transformations.

His experience includes building and analyzing data systems, working with cross-functional technical teams, and translating operational complexity into scalable solutions. This foundation informs a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to venture investing—focused on identifying asymmetric opportunities early and supporting founders through execution, not just capital.

Deepak founded Georgia Venture Fund with a clear thesis: that the next generation of high-impact companies will emerge from undercapitalized and overlooked ecosystems, particularly across the Southeast. The fund is focused on backing operators building in areas such as data infrastructure, applied AI, agtech, and real-world industrial systems.

Jacob D. Holloway

Partner

Jacob Holloway works across deal sourcing, founder relationships, and early-stage evaluation. He brings a strong operator mindset and plays a key role in identifying emerging opportunities across consumer, digital platforms, and early-stage technology ventures.

His focus is on understanding founder psychology, product-market fit at its earliest stages, and the signals that differentiate durable companies from short-term momentum. He works closely with founders during the earliest phases of company formation, helping refine positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy.

Jacob’s approach complements the fund’s broader investment strategy by combining instinct-driven sourcing with disciplined evaluation—ensuring that Georgia Venture Fund maintains both speed and selectivity in early-stage environments.
